Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 24 hours, but please allow up to 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, new drops, holidays, or sales.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Shipping costs for orders under $75 will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a short time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KANTO GOODS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If your order appears lost or has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
